Dave Sternbeck, a member of the Nuu-chah-nulth tribe, was ordained on December 13, 2009 at Makah Lutheran Church in Neah Bay, Washington. You may know that Dave graduated just a few weeks ago from the Ethnic Immigrant Institute of Theology ordination program at Concordia Seminary-St. Louis.

Dave is the first of our Native American staff members recruited in recent years to achieve this goal.  He now ministers full-time in Neah Bay, Washington, and he is inspiring many others to join him in leading their people to Christ.
