It all started with a tragic car accident where three native women, from the Northern Cheyenne Reservation, were killed in a car accident, leaving 12 children motherless between them.
Sherry Timber, the wife of Park Timber, reached out to Rosemary Sternbeck, knowing she has had success ministering to girls through the Morning Star Girls Club in Neah Bay. Would it be possible to create a similar ministry in Muddy Cluster at Circle of Life to reach out to not only these children, but other girls on the reservation who are at risk?
Rosemary and four of the oldest girls in Neah Bay are raising funds to travel to Muddy Cluster to donate 2 sewing machines and other materials to Sherry to help her get started with a Morning Star Club. This is the beginning of a beautiful partnership!
We ask for your prayers for these young girls as they learn about God's love for them and heal from the loss of their mothers.
