The CHRISTIAN Returns to the Water
Please keep the ministry of the M/V CHRISTIAN in your prayers as we begin summer ministry in communities along the southeast coast of Alaska.
As an act of faith, we have returned our boat to the water just in time for a busy schedule of ministry. Rev. Stan Berntson and his wife, Sharon, plan to visit eight communities in Southeast Alaska during the next few weeks. Many of Alaska’s small island and coastal communities have no resident pastor to lead worship services, conduct baptisms, or to inspire fellowship. The arrival of the M/V CHRISTIAN brings Vacation Bible School, Bible studies, counseling, pastoral leadership, and most importantly, the light and love of the Savior to hearts eager to embrace the Gospel.
Please give generously to support summer ministry. Your gifts will enable our staff and volunteers to meet the men, women and children in their place of need.
